1. Our Safety Commitments
To comply with our legal duties under the OSA, we actively minimize exposure to illegal or harmful material. Our proactive systems and human review processes target:
- Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA) – Reported immediately to the National Crime Agency.
- Terrorist Material – Prevented through automated filters and rapid takedowns.
- Extreme Violence and Harassment – Suppressed to maintain community well-being.
- Fraud and Scams – Monitored through financial threat intelligence.
2. Protecting Children and Minors
We enforce strict protective boundaries for users under the age of 18:
- Age Assurance – We utilize age gating to verify youth and adult segments.
- Default Settings – Accounts belonging to minors are private by default.
- Content Restrictions – Age-inappropriate or potentially harmful content is completely restricted from young profiles.
3. How to Report a Safety Concern
If you encounter illegal content, abusive behavior, or material harmful to children, use our Easy Reporting Tool [link].
- In-App Reporting: Click the ... icon next to any comment, post, or profile and select "Report Harmful Content".
- Web Form: Submit details directly through our Online Safety Reporting Form.
- Our SLA: We review priority safety reports within 24 hours and provide status updates via email.
4. Appeal
- Appeals Process – If you believe a ban or other action was taken in error, you should submit a new support ticket under the "ban appeal" category to request an independent human review.
5. Risk Assessment Summaries
As mandated by Ofcom compliance guidelines, we perform recurring platform hazard audits.
