EU Digital Services Act (DSA) Contact Information

This page includes information relevant to the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market for Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC) (the “DSA”).

Designated Point of Contact for EU Member States’ authorities, the Commission and the Board

Pursuant to Article 11 of the DSA, WB Games has appointed the Ireland branch office of Warner Bros. Entertainment UK Limited (email: legal@wbd.com) as its single point of contact for direct communications with the European Commission, Member States’ Authorities, and the European Board for Digital Services in connection with the application of the DSA.

Please ensure all DSA related requests are made in English or, at a minimum, an English translation is provided.  When contacting WB Games’ DSA single point of contact, the following contact information must be included:

• Your first and last name;
• Your job title;
• The name of the EU authority on whose behalf you are acting; and
• An email address at which you can be contacted (which must be an official email address associated with the relevant EU authority).

This point of contact is reserved for engagement with the authorities listed above. For other types of enquiries, please use the mechanisms described below.
