How Do I Contact Customer Service for DC Worlds Collide?

Please follow the steps below to submit a Customer Service ticket within DC Worlds Collide.

  1. Launch DC Worlds Collide on your mobile device.
  2. In the top left corner of the main menu you will see your profile picture and username, click this button
  3. In this menu you will need to go to the second tab down, titled, "Settings"
  4. When opened to the setting menu, you will see a "Support" button as the third option to press!   
  5. Click on "Support" to start your ticket to Customer Support.
  6. In your Customer Support ticket you will see 3 fields that need to be filled out.
  7. You will need to enter your Email, Question Type, as well as a description of the issue.
    1. Please note, the more detail you can provide to Customer Support about your issue the better!
  8. Hit "Submit" and await your response! If your ticket submission was successful, you'll receive a confirmation email in your inbox. Reply to this email with any other details you wish to share, such as screenshots or videos demonstrating your issue. A representative will reply as soon as they are able.
