NightWolf is not available why?

I have the kombat pack (bought the premium edition) and night wolf is greyed out when I click on him it tells me to download the kombat pack so when I press download it tells me I have it yet it won’t let me play as night wolf. If someone has a fix to this please contact me.

P.S:I’m on Xbox
