I'm suddenly level 20 for Green Lantern?

I've been playing as Green Lantern for the most part since Injustice 2 came out and I almost had him at level 20 (he was 19 and a half) and when I started playing the game today, he was level 20? I can use level 20 gear and use Source Crystals to get other characters to level 20, but I don't have the fifth loadout unlocked nor did I get another ability like I did at level 10.

Can this be fixed somehow?
