Lost Hours of Gameplay

Was playing in offline mode earlier today for several hours, unlocking several new items and leveling up many characters and when it goes back online it overrides everything with last network save.

Guess if the network doesnt see it then it doesnt matter? xa0What happens if people play local only for weeks then subscribe to online service and it wipes everything?
