Xbox One Bizarre Bugs

I had just taken down the convoy in Pink Eye's domain when this happened.

The video is only seven seconds long because the Xbox One recording system decided to sulk. It's like gravity took a holiday.

Cars started to sink ass end into the ground and then started spinning in place... NPC's started to fly and then get stuck... then the hood ornament I was trying to get to fell through the floor of the map.

Generally the game is fun to play but when these glitches not so much interrupt play but totally break the game then it gets to be really annoying.
