Where are the crystals?

Explain to me why after reaching 60 lvl in the game I stopped giving crystals?
Do you force them to buy? I do not understand logic. I already buy 1 game in half a year for $ 77 where I need to open everything in it (which is not very difficult for me).
But when you stop giving money to buy skins, it's already a dirty game with the players.
Or maybe it's just a game error?
