Rebellion bug
Sometimes whenever i get a rebellion, the orc who is getting down first is a fake clone to its other uruk who is rebelling. Anyone having this issue?

Not sure what u mean. Are you saying that when a Trickster (or 'the Prankster' named Captain) with Decoys is the first one to confront you in a Rebellion, that it's one of his Decoys that attacks you first and not the 'real' Captain? If so, that doesn't sound too unusual. The Decoys are generally spawned close to if not right around where the Trickster/'the Prankster' is located. If that Captain is the closest to you and is the first enemy you cross swords (or bow, or spear, or axes, etc etc) with once the introductions/formalities are done, it could be one of his Decoys (if the decoy is closer to you then his source Captain.

ya sorry it is kind of hard to explain. In my best words, sometimes whenever i get a rebellion, there are two rebelling orcs. Seems pretty normal. However the first captain to go down by the first rebelling orc is a fake clone (not a decoy) to another one who is the second rebelling orc.
Sry if it's still confusing.

I think I know what you mean. I had one a long time ago where the first rebel shows up with a hostage, who he proceeds to bleed. Then, when I'm trying to save the hostage from bleeding out, he shows up as another one of the rebelling orcs. So I end up fighting him with another version of him calling out to me to save him for the entire fight, even though the bleed out wheel is gone. Something like that?

lol - I've never experienced that before, the hostage/bleeding out Captain duplicated so he's also an enemy captain (in effect 2 of the same guy). You should report it to Monolith/WB. So in this case, if you let your first copy bleed out and die, while the 2nd copy (enemy) remains, the enemy Captain remains in the game taking up the slot where his 'good' copy bled out? Or are they on both on unique slots or is the enemy Captain not shown in the Army screen? What if you save the good bleeding out copy, so they both remain alive - both shown in the Army screen? Lots of variations of this depending on who lives/dies.
I've encountered Captains who 'chase' me from one region to another, but when they 'appear' to ambush me in my current region they have yet to displayed in the Army screen of that region, however their slot in their previous region ((from which they left) is emtpy. I generally kill them right away in these cases, and once dead they show up dead in one of the 2 empty army slot in my current region. .

I've only seen it that once. And once the enemy version showed up, the bleed out circle disappeared and the game treated the friendly version like he never existed. He didn't die, he just vanished. Maybe that only happened because I recruited the enemy version. He was my Overlord's Blood-brother, so I didn't want to chance killing him. I wonder what would have happened to the friendly version if I'd killed his evil twin.

I had a Vendetta last night where I just finished recruiting an enemy Captain (not the target, but a free roaming guy) and while he was there crouched behind me a duplicate of him showed up (also branded) on a Carigor a few blocks away (this was in Minas Morgul). This duplicate continued to ride with his possee (3) of fellow orc riding Carigors on his merry way (following his pre-destined route). I double checked the guy I just branded and he was still there on the ground, both with identical names/traits/look/etc. I checked the Army screen and only the 1 was there (branded). My Garrisson was already full (403) so none of those I branded I returned with me once the Mission was completed. Too bad it was full, as one of the Captains I encountered was a high quality Berzerkr Defender Enraged by Undead, EXE, + another 5 Enragements and had other great stats.
