I think it may be legendary four piece set bonus: Restores 20 health when a nearby undead follower dies.

I've seen that video before. The only thing I know of that allows you to use health for Might abilities is the 2-piece Vendetta set bonus, but that consumes 40% of your Max health. The health being consumed in the video looks like less than that. And also, it just goes back up without him even doing anything. I just assumed it was a glitch or a cheat or something, IDK.

that is a cheat, he uses the necromancer ability, raise dead, many times and not consuming fury, so, not possible

It might be possible if he is using some of the vendetta set alongside some other gear because the set bonus for that let's you use might based ability by sacrificing health, what you could see was him sacrificing health and then immediately earning it back again not totally sure what gear pieces caused the second bit but it's a very clever way of going about things.

LOL!   Funny stuff.   I too think this is (or at least was) possible and not a cheat.   It's a combination of the right Skills enabled and the proper items 'worn' for it to occur.   It's an old vid though using an early version / build of the game, so it's possible (likely) one of the many updates to come after that has tempered or nerfed this ability.    I'll play around with some of the Legendary sets and skills to see if I can in some way mimic this.     I've raised at least as many Undead many times though, but that is primarily through Stealth, Elven Rage and raising via a full Might Bar.

I did some testing with Vendetta/Ringwraith set and what he did was either

    1) An existing exploit that remains unknown to me

    2) Is a bug/exploit that was fixed in one of the many updates/patches since November or

    3) It's some kind of cheat.

He obviously is using at least 2 pieces of the Vendetta Legendary set, to unlock the 2/4 set bonus described above from previous poster ('Perform attack requiring Might by consuming 40% of your max Health instead').  His health regeneration is not from the 'Gain 20 health when Undead Follower is killed' Legendary Ringwriath Set bonus (4/4).  It is much too fast and smooth (spontaneous) to be this, there aren't enough enemies around for that many grunts to die so suddently, and once he regains that used health back to 80%, he suddenly gains no further health.   You'd think he'd incrimentally gain it back as more Revenants die over time, but he doesn't.   There is no other item (or Skill) that gives you health without you actively engaging in some form of Combat (including draining) or Burning/getting Cursed.   He remains passive and never engages any enemies or is exposed to an element.   He often uses the 'Enrage Followers' Skill (from the Skill tree), but this does nothing to help increase your health.

1 piece of armour is probably regain 75% health when outside combat, that is why his health tops up at about 80%. That armour is a very rare drop,I've only gotten it once or twice

Wow, that's what it was?   Everytime I get that piece (Epic) I grind it for Myriam.    It never made sense to me why it would be useful or needed.    Next time I get it I'll test it out then (I found one and grounded it immediately as recent as a few days ago).   It's very odd how that 'Regain health up to 80% when Combat Ends' would refill his health immediately when he's not even engaged in battle or even near/threatened by an enemy.   Maybe the fact he's not even battling triggers it, as that defines the 'combat end' (eg. not fighting) part?   Weird, but good to know.

Well, it can't be Epic armor because the armor he's wearing is Ringwraith/Vendetta.

OK, so I just asked him in the comment section and he said that it's a RUNE that restores his health when he's not in combat.

Tks for the clarification.  I actually checked all my Armors first and didn't find it there, then checked Cloak then Rune and nope, I didn't retain the item, so couldn't confirm which group it did actually belong to.    But as mentioned, it is still available in the game (got 1 last week) and I've had at least 4 of them, all grinded though.

lol - I just double checked my Runes and I have retained 2 of those with this trait.  It is the 2nd of the 2 Traits (eg on the bottom), so the name of the Rune is not indicative of this trait. I assumed it was the top trait, so I missed it when I first went through them (Rune).    One is called Ashwalker (lvl 67, 214, 79% chance of regaining full health when Combat Ends), the other Feartaker (lvl 65, 211, 78% chance of regaining Full Health when Combat Ends).  Just tried it with the 2x Vendatta gear and yes the Health respawns just like that in the video, lol.    Funny stuff.

I've never heard of this item. But that makes sense because runes only drop for me since v1.20.

Glad the runes are finally dropping for you, hopefully v1.20 fixed the others affected by this issue too.

I've been using that a build with the 2x Vendetta + Armor that gives health after Combat ends over the last day and although it's a lot fun (haha funny) and effective for killing, it's a very passive and somewhat time consuming way to play.   For the health to auto-apply you have to remove yourself from most (not all) battles, which means hiding behind something, above or below the mayhem.  If you are being targetted/chased/followed\attacked by an enemy it won't work.   But watching a large herd of enraged Undead (including Undead enraged Carigors, lol) attacking their poor victim(s) is hilarious and never gets old.   Not likely I'll be using this funny strategy in Online Sieges, but in Vendettas for sure, and friendly Sieges.
