We play as Talion becoming Nazgul, he is still resisting Sauron's will. That is why he is attacking the fortresses, etc.

He can't summon Nazguls, they are enemies.

He would only be able to summon Nazguls once he becomes one. That is after the end.

    Spoiler alert***

Um, as far as I know, endless siege is, technically, "after the end". You get the Servant's Blackened Armor as reward for the final stage of the Shadow Wars. You beat the final stage, initiate end cutscene where Talion becomes Nazgul and eventually dies. You get the reward for becoming the Nazgul. So, as far as I'm concerned, there shouldnt be any reason you cant use your Nazgul armor and summon some Nazgul buddies. It's end game play, so why not have a little extra fun with it? This isnt exactly canon storytelling right? And if there isnt going to be another game featuring Talion, why shouldnt we get the privilege of playing around with his Nazgul powers?

The final cutscene was the "future". After beating the game, you're still pre-Nazgul Talion. If you were a full-on Nazgul, why would you continue defending your forts against Sauron?

I understand the gameplay perspective, yes, it would be badass, but totally not makes sense,

A Nazgul would not fight Sauron, Nazguls are the personification of Sauron's will.

Talion has a dialogue line after beating shadow wars mission two , he says " I am the Nazgul of Mina's Morgul , and I will not let it go ". So he identifys himself to be one... How are we to say he isn't?.... I'd say give him a Nazgul buddy lol.

But give him one that can only bodyguard him in Mina's Morgul... And can't be Garrisoned to relocate. Fair?

Well, I suppose it'd be ok for him to have a Nazgul buddy at times, since he had a temporary "moment of evil" at the end of BOG and summoned them, but he's still not a full-on Nazgul under the command if Sauron, since he continues to defend his forts against the Dark Lord's armies.

They're not even gonna do it, though, since they're done with big updates. Only hot fixes from now on.
