Wrathgiver Sword - the one that gives you 21 Wrath and 41 Health on an execution?    Dunno if you have to do anything unique to get one, may just be a random drop.  I have one (lvl 63), have no idea how long I've had it for, but don't think I've ever used it.

I use the Legendary Ringwraith dagger (lvl 60) that gives you 6 wraith per stealth kill + one of the Legendary Outlaw Swords (lvl 67) that gives you 42 health per execution.

    I'm also on Xbox One

So you think it's just luck? Oh, well... I guess I'll just have to keep grinding.

The main reason I want it is because it's currently bugged. It's supposed to give you 20 wrath, but it gives you like 40 (I think it takes 100 wrath to fill your wrath meter). The Bright Lord's Sword gives you 20 wrath on an ice storm finisher. Compare these 2 swords and you'll see a significant difference. And also, if you use a non-upgraded Even Light move, it gives you FULL wrath.

So I just wanna abuse this thing as much as I can until they patch it.

lol - yeah I understand.  Wow 40 Wrath, that's 2.5 executions and it's full.   I'll have to try it out now.  Stealth killing about ~15 grunts get you to max with the Ringwraith dagger, but that takes a few minutes at least under optimum conditions.

Elven Light move  - that in the skill tree?   I'll have to refamiliarize myself with that.

So you know what’s funny? Before BoG this sword existed and only gave 10 wrath, that’s probably why everyone glosses over this thing, I remember finding one and just being blown away by the fact that if you had wraith execution on, you could get full wrath in like 5 executions. It was ridiculous and then I got on when BoG was installing and then the sword said 20! So they chose to buff this thing from what is was before, not sure if they’ll nerf it tbh they wanted it to be this way. Although it does seem like lately they have made it more rare, perhaps only slayers or berserkers can drop it now. You said it’s bugged but when I used the bright lords sword it always gave me the same amount of wrath, and if I put on two pieces where it charges faster, one finisher would almost fill it up, I always thought full wrath was like 80 for some reason. I don’t think it’s bugged.

Both swords give you the same amount of wrath? Weird... whenever I use the BL Sword, it fills about 1/5 of my wrath meter, but I watched a clip from my Xbox friend (the one I was talking about earlier) and his Wrathgiver gives him almost half of his wrath meter. Idk, I guess it's only him...

However, there's still the Elven Light thing. The sword doesn't say anything about full wrath when you use that ability.

Now I’m just concerned with what one of the people said in that post “I got a cloak that doubles wrath timer” anyone else ever heard of this because I’ve found rings that give up to 34% extra time for wrath abilities but a *cloak*? Never before.

Never heard of such a cloak either.
Ugh, epic rings don't drop in my game due to a bug.

The sword is really rare. Mine is level 70 and gives 22 Wrath + 43 health. I can confirm that it takes only 2.5 excecutions to full the meter, though I never tried the bright lord sword, so if there is a significant difference this is obviously a mistake.
It should be noted however, that it only seems to give wrath when you kill something with an excecution.

Honestly, I think the sword is too strong mostly because Elven light works.

I never knew about this elven light glitch, even still the sword is godly without using that exploit if they just fix that it’ll be fine, besides I don’t care for the non elemental versions of either ability honestly. But still, really wanna know about this cloak now.

Yeah, I read that part, too. I think that person just made a mistake and they were talking about one of the epic runes that makes Elven Rage last 34% longer. Cloaks aren't usually associated with wrath. They usually focus on beasts.

Wow, yeah that Wraithgiver sword is way OP.   It takes about 2.3 exe's to max your Wraith bar and even during Elven Rage, when you execute an enemy it simply recharges it so you can in perpetuity remain in Elven rage mode just as long as there are enough Grunts around to feed your exe moves (which in turn fill your Wrath meter).   Crazy - In clearing out a section using a combo of Brutalize and exe's, I easily got up to 180 Critical hits before I ran out of enemies to kill and the hit counter reset.    I can see someone easily getting up to 500+ if they wanted to during certain scenarios, and assuming they don't get bored at it.

Regarding the Cloak, the only one of mine that gives any Wrath is the Bright Lord's (1.0 Wrath per frozen enemy killed).  Maybe he was thinking about Might?  I have a few of those in Cloaks, 26% chance of filling your Might bar.  Or an element?   Or health/focus?   Dunno.   If he can name this cloak it would be easier to know what he's referring to.

This guy claims to have found all the rare and epic gear in the game. The Wrathgiver is mentioned,
but it only says 10 wrath, so it's a little outdated. http://www.neoseeker.com/middle-earth-shadow-of-war/Equipment

Same and I don't even have the Elven Rage +33% ring due to my game being bugged. Not to mention builds you could make with the Bright Lord set. Plus, in Brutal Mode appearently you're going to get even more Elven Rage from killing Orcs.

Honestly if we keep talking about it like this I expect them to make it not let you refill any wrath while in the modes and I don’t really like the sound of that too much, op things are what they are honestly, no one has to use them and it’s a single player game, I hope they let it be.

If they're going to balance the sword they should remove the elven light glitch and maybe make it give less wrath per excecution. That way, you'd have to execute grunts to stay in wraith mode meaning the whole thing is a lot less powerful. Still powerful though.

One was pretty darned powerful without that sword and without using that Elven Light glitch(?).   I have not submitted a bug report on this and have no plans to and who knows if they will patch it.  As this sword seemingly has been 'edited' from 10 to 20 when BoG came out, they knowingly increased its power, for what reason who knows.    Even at 10 it would be pretty strong (but much more reasonable).    I don't find it makes Online Sieges any quicker, and being in wraith mode the entire time does have a number of drawbacks (hard to identify targets and Captains blend in to their surroundings making them near invisible).    It is also seems to be slower in killing, brutalizing kills to up your hit streak/gain wrath to feed the meter are time consuming due to the number of moves/animation involved, as are executions on Ologs (often requiring 2 exe's to finish them off).    Stealth kills also feed the wrath meter when using the Ringwraith dagger, but not fast enough to keep it fed and of course you run out of focus after 5 using that item.   It can be argued that using it does allow for your skills to wane a bit and reduce the need for any fine-tuned strategy, as all your doing is exe'ing / brutalizing everywhere with pretty much 0 concern in taking damage.  It is 'fun' for a bit to experience it, but gets tireing pretty quick due to the repetitive nature and unchallenge of it all.

I know it wouldn't make it challenging, but there's just something about being ridiculously OP that's just really satisfying. It takes the "NO ONE WILL STAND IN MY WAY" thing to a whole new level, lol.

Oh for sure, and I hope you do find the sword to experience the slaguther first hand, lol.   And I should clarify that it's not 'wraith' mode you look through but 'Elven Rage', these are 2 seperate visual experiences.   Rage mode doesn't highlite anything like it does in Wraith vision nor does it identify with solid fills any characters.  Instead, during rage the world looks the same as normal vision but everything is slowed, it's a bit darker / less contrast, friends and foes alike seem to melt away in the background (hard to discern edges/figures) and there's a wavyiness/mottleness to everything.

I just checked that sword out after installing the update and it looks like they fixed it and now gives the 'proper' amount of wrath that is identified on the weapon (e.g. 21).    So it takes roughly ~4.5 executions to fill the Wrath meter, as designed, down from the ~2.3 previously.    Still pretty darned OP, as long as you have grunts there to feed it.

I tested it out just now and it looks to be the same as before (on Nemesis).   From an empty Wrath meter, I used Elven Light in the middle of 5-6 grunts and it filled it up to ~65% or so.    I'll try it out on Brutal to see if there's any difference.
