Starting December 3rd, 2018, we’ll be transitioning from our current forums to a new platform - Zendesk! The new forums will aid us in assisting you with any Customer Support problems in a more timely manner and add the ability to provide a ticket number.
On November 26, the current forums (https://community.wbgames.com/) will be temporarily disabled while your posts are transferred to our new platform. After the downtime, we’ll bring the forums back in a read-only state until our full transition into our new home on December 3rd. Below we have included our other social media platforms to continue the conversation during this transition.
For our WB Games console communities, this new platform will primarily focus on support topics.

Will I have to create a new account on Zendesk?
Yes, you will have to create a new account in the Zendesk forums.
Will all my posts be deleted?
We are working on transferring over the past 6 months of forum posts from the Lithium forums into Zendesk.
Will my post count transfer over?
We are unable to retain the post count information as each system has a different back-end setup.
What happens to my WB Play Account?
We haven’t implemented the WB Play system into the Zendesk forums yet but it is something we are looking to add.
Why did WB make this change?
The new Zendesk forums are directly connected to our customer support ticketing system, so we will now be able to provide customer support in a quicker fashion.
Will my forum rank and avatar transfer?
Unfortunately, the new Zendesk platform does not support the same forum rank and avatar systems that we used previously.
Will my private messages move to Zendesk?
As the new Zendesk forums have a different back-end system than Lithium we cannot transfer over the private messages.
