Whatever is happening, the fact they intentionally decide to leave us in the dark is BS! I thought this was the Mad Max "Community" Forum? Now it looks like it has become "Bug Tester Central" we have only one option now "Support" is this suppose to be an inside joke? The only thing Mad Max truly lacks is "Support" in game and right here at the forum. Further more a lot of the issues and bugs listed here, I feel should have been caught in house. How did these get missed in the first place? Why does it feel like the community are the beta testers?
The way I see it, one of two things must be happening:
1.) The forum is finally receiving the long over due clean up it's needed and new dedicated threads for specific topics are being added. Which is what I truly hope is indeed the situation but then why remove "Official Announcements" Which is the perfect place to post such information to inform the community about what exactly is going on here? Shhhhhh!
2.) Perhaps the ugly truth is a potential customer considering to purchase Mad Max arrive here for more information and then come to the realization. There appears to be major lack of support, ongoing unresolved issues, and practically no replay value except for starting a brand new game. That customer becomes a missed opportunity and decides to wait until the price drops to what they feel is a more appropriate price based on what they have learned here or just decides to bypasses the game entirely. The suits panic and demand all this negativity must be removed immediately!
No matter how you look at it, whatever their cooking in the kitchen smells nauseating to me, I have to question who's at the wheel? You should never alienate your customers in this manner. Seriously a community forum that intentionally doesn't inform the community? Oh the irony!
