    I've got one on my dagger that fully restores my health upon a stealth kill. I love it. Whenever my health is low, I can just run away from the fight for a sec and stealth kill some random guy for full health, instead of using those "restore health" things (I forgot what they're called). I only use those for emergencies.

    I just found one myself that summons spiders on any stealth kill! Also found one that gives back a healing elixir on a stealth kill as well as one that restores a bolt after a headshot and one that makes steel bolts pierce through enemies. Not all of these at once though.

    Man, those sound awesome. Especially the one that restores a bolt on a headshot. Potentially infinite bolts... gotta go find me one if those.

    I also had one that gives a last chance, reminds me of that rune from Mordor that went on the sword, finding this on gravewalker is beyond helpful. Also a few more that come to mind were the marauder type augments that gave damage and health per every coin. As well as an epic that regenerated health while gliding and one that regens while your “command” (wrath) is full.

    One deadly combo: Restore steel bolt on headshot or poison bolt on stealth attack, restore focus on ranged hit, cause corpses to explode when killed by headshot, summon ghuls / spiders with stealth attacks. You can chain together 10 kills every time you stealth attack a grunt, totalling 11 dead boys.

    Also, I just had an augment that made bombs also spawn mines, which was pretty neat considering I had a bunch of quartermasters.

    There's also one that sets of a poison explosion on brutalize but honestly that's not very useful.

    There's the infamous adrealine mod (I never used it, and I doubt it's as OP as claimed) that makes time slow for X (10?) seconds after brutalizing an enemy. You can however, only brutalize grunts. (Jared said this is why it's definitely intended to be this way and not OP (Reddit))

    There's also elemental mods for your sword and it's pretty hilarious to get poison + fire on critical hits. There's similar augments for stealth.

    There's also a stealth mod that gives you +100% stealth damage but -50% health. It may be useful on gravewalker? But if you get a lot of upgrades you can usually instagib most Captains anyway.

    The strongest augments in my opinion are the stackable ones if you get a lot of them, the piercing one the bolt and augments that give you might when either: your allies take damage or deal damage. If you have both of those you can do an excecution every single second which is pretty strong. Come to think of it, I had an augment that caused a fire explosion on cyclone which was also pretty strong especially combined with this.

    Other good augments I've seen is "Automatically use health potion instead of dying/getting downed" and "allies heal X per second."

    There's also a funny one that I saw that made it so that if you are about to die a named mercenary will sacrifice himself instead if they are in the vicinity.

    These are the ones I found on my second go round (didn't think to jot any down the first time, might do a run just to see how many I can find)

     

    Armour:
    Legendary -
    Lead From Behind: All nearby allies gain +50% defense and damage. Your max health is halved.

    Epic -
    Bronze Gear Augment: Increase you chance of high quality gear drops from captains and high ranked orcs.
    Tribute to the Fallen: +15 command when a follower dies
    Field Provisions; Reduces Follower cooldown by 50%
    Invigorating Command: Followers heal 150 health when you kill an enemy
    Fevered Command: 40% reduction in charge time for follower abilities
    Momentum of Battle: Refresh allies combat and stealth abilities when an enemy captain is killed

     

    Sword

    Epic -
    Poison Coating: Critical melee hits poison enemies
    Fresh Start: +30% might on hit when your health is full
    Lord Killer: Might is unlimited for 10.0 seconds after killing a captain
    Last Blood: 50% increased Critical hit chance when you health is low

     

    Dagger

    Epic -
    Silent Wrappings: Increase stealth rating by 60, decreasing the range at which you are spotted
    Unleashed: Stealth attacks on captains cause nearby grunts to flee
    Explosive Brew: Enemies killed with an explosive attack create a poison explosion
    Kingslayer: recover all health and gain full might after stealth killing a captain
    Trollblood Unguent: restore 1 healing elixir on a stealth attack
    Firestarter: Stealth attacks light enemies on fire

    Bottle Flies: perfect counters curse nearby enemies

    Freezing Capsules: Shield bash freezes enemies for a long duration
    Breath of Manwe: Recover health while gliding

    Armour:
    Legendary -

    Shared strength: +4 might when an ally hits an enemy

    Ballast: Focus is consumed 250% slower while in the air.

    Piercing bolts: Steel Bolts pierce through enemies.

    Thermal Velocity: Chained kills explode heads, inciting terror.

    Countering Shot: 100% increased range damage to enraged enemies.

    Calm in the Storm: +35 Focus on ranged hit.

     

     

     

    p.s. I should remember to make a screenshot every time I finished the game but hey, at least I got quite a few of them.

    I've got bronze every time I've played since getting it so guess so and I'm guessing they are the same for everyone since you have the same ones I do, I'll give them their own category when I next update it.

    I got one of them my first time through, very, very useful.

     

    Edit: I've just found it on this go round on brutal difficulty, which shoudl prove handy as I'm going very stealth heavy.

    no idea how they are calld in english

    but i have a lot of augments very cool

     

    summon spiders and ghouls when killing wit stealth,

    bodies set on fire when kill with stealth

    +300 damage for swrod and dagger

    -300 damage taken by armor

     

    All the gauntlet augments, awesome mechanics and very deadly

     

    heal allies when drink healing potion

    Legendary sword:
    Weighted blade: +100% Might gain on hit. Might resets fully after you take damage.

    Epic sword:
    Hot-Blooded Bleeder: +100% increased Melee Damage to Enraged Enemies.
    Screaming Sword: +2 Might recovered per second.

     

     

    Legendary crossbow:

    Graug Hormones: Concussion Bombs confuse and enrage enemies, causing them to fight each other.

     

     

    Shield epic:

    Baleful Shaming: 40 Health Recovery per second while cursed.

    Bolt Protection: 50% less damage from ranged attacks.

    Bloodthief: 7 health recovered when you kill an enemy.

     

    Armor Legendary

    Time and a Half: Picking up [coin] increases damage for 1% per [coin] gained for 20 seconds.

    Fanatical Command: Allies become Enraged when you take damage.

     

     

    -300% damage sounds insane :O (on the armor) although there is an augment that makes you heal automatically if you were about to die (provided you have vials, but there's one that gives it on stealth attacks.)

    Notes: 

    The Drunken Master augment also appears for the Dagger according to your list (I only have it for the Sword).   You have some augments down twice under the same item, some spelled incorrectly, one at least with a highlite issue.

    I keep forgetting to submit the mithril description but it's something like 75 health per kill but you can't use elixers, and I think it's shield. I usually sell it but it could be great on lower difficulties or if you want to make the game harder :P

    Survival Challenge: You lose the ability to use Healing Elixirs, but you restore 75 Health on each kill.
