I had three towers. Pain seeker is one occasion.

As for stitch and machine? Once. Machine died but I kept the stitch. I wonder if they're just rare to get.

You only get Uruks/Ologs with legendary scars (the Stitch, the Machine, etc.) once per playthrough. Pretty sure that any other title can show up multiple times during a playthrough, including the Tower, which bothers me, since it's literally supposed to be the Tower's armor that he's wearing.

That's interesting because I heard from some people they had two machines in a playthrough. And some stitches too. I had two nameless ones at one point. Different regions though. So I wonder if it's technically not true.

I get painseeker all the time and I'm pretty sure I had multiple Towers and Machines/Stitches. I don't think I have had a The Hairy yet, but I have had him from a war chest.

It all depends on playstyle I suppose. Painseeker sometimes shows up so much I'm like "You know how this is gonna end right?!" I like to brutalize orcs, when it was explained that this is what triggers the pain-seeker I was like "that makes so much sense."

It's just that, they are pretty rare but the first time you provide trigger (i.e. on a new playthrough) they are guaranteed to show up.

I know the first time you get them it's said to be scripted. After that, it's random. Heard the new update is changing all of it to make it more common. Not common, but more than before.

I don't know abaout that but they will increase cheat death rates in the end-game which mains many of them will be more common as they require a cheat death.

Well an Uruk salvaged the Tower's armor off his dead body and proclaimed himself the new Tower. What's to stop another Uruk from salvaging the armor off the dead body of the new Tower and again proclaiming himself as such?

I haven't played since the 1st game (waiting for the July Update).xa0 I thought the whole point of the games systems was to have unique Orcs in each persons game to help create unique stories?!xa0 Are the Orcs not unique and randomized?

Ok. What's to stop an Uruk from forging a replica of the Tower's armor and shoving the Uruk who wanted it inside the armor? After all, the original armor had to be created before the original Tower wore it.

They are and always were. The market interfered with this though. Players were able to buy Orcs from the market and place them in any of the zones. Obviously the player wouldn't have any previous interaction with the "Market Orcs" which does feel cheap. But the market was never required to play the game. Many of us never used it. But anyway, the market ceased to exist back in May and it won't be returning. So again, yes the Orcs are very much unique and randomized so you have nothing to worry about.

Because the Tower Uruks claim that the armor they're wearing is the Tower's original armor.

I just assume that one of them is lying. There. Problem solved.

Intentionally lying or they've deluded themselves into believing it because they idolized the Tower.

Hopefully this clears any doubts you've had, Stich and the Tower have a chance to appear more than once, as stich has appeared exactly three times for me, and the tower twice. In this latest update, we're giving more legendary nemesis opportunities, so you may see in increase in seeing either. Our nemesis system is different for each user, making it unique.

So certain types of Orcs repeat themselves and others are unique?  It all just seems kind of confusing.  Why not just make each game unique?  I wonder why certain Orcs keep showing up and others don't.

the only unique orcs are story based, lke bruz, ratbag, ranger and zog etc. the special titles can and do reappear. i have seen multiple examples of, stitch, tower, machine, the spider guy and others. there is an element of random of course. i dont think i have seen a vat keeper in my game.

ive had the stitch ambush me, get killed, within minutes ambush me again, to be beheaded, and ambush me again all in the space of ten minutes.

I’ve never known orcs with Legendary scars or rare titles like “the Tower” to be totally unique. Currently I’ve got two Tower orcs in my game, and I can recall a previous save where I had two of the Unashamed. So from what I’ve gathered, Legendary scars (The Blight, Unashamed, etc.) are not limited to one per play through. They are just extremely rare which could understandably cause you to believe that they are unique.

Thanks for the replies.  I just thought the whole point was to have near countless variations of Orcs so that each playthru was unique.  I guess I expected them to be alot more randomized.  Cool game but I thought there was supposed to be alot more possible variations.

Certain types of orcs can appear more than once, but they will still be unique. My first Pain-Seeker had different traits and whatnot than my second, so the special orcs are still unique.

Sorry, should’ve been more clear in my first post and said that all of the orcs you will meet are still unique, but you may encounter orcs that are similar (like having 2 Tower orcs). Their names, traits, appearance, will always be unique. So in short, you will never see 2 orcs exactly alike in every way.

Thank you for pointing that out Lazarus

So the differences are there but it seems from the replies that they can be subtle.

    Thanks

They can be subtle or they can be huge. Just depends on RNG.
