    Yeah but you always fast travel the game lets you decide on how you think talion got there, be it drake or caragor or maybe on foot. Saying this because I doubt lithlad is any different, like I don’t think there will be a mission marker in seregost that shows like a torvin symbol or something that draws talion over there, it seems mainly optional, unless they actually added new cutscenes and missions in there but I don’t think so.

    What storm is saying is, there is a specific point in each map that is the entry point fir that map. Like a runway. If you fast travel to a map bit not a particular spot, your character "walks" into the map via this runway.
    I would imagin it would have a runway. The fortress will be a point aswell once its taken. I dont know if they would use the towers in the new region. Perhaps something mechanically similar but thematically different.

    Exactly BERTANDERNY, thanks. Yeah I imagine it will be that walk in point initially, as we won’t be able to use the fort fast travel until we’ve overtaken it. I’m glad we’ll have another region to explore as Talion anyway, I was hopeful but good to get confirmation.

    Just for clarity my dude, i dont KNOW this is the case. Logic would dictate though. You would think there needs to be some initial entry point. Im looking forward to that first walk into the desert 🙂

    So do I have this right?  Lithlad will be both the stand-alone region where Baranor's Mission/DLC will take place in full, complete with the worms, those hidden items (aka whip chain weapon), Mercenaries for hire as Bodyguards, that Dwarf guy (as part of story missions), the new Outpost mechanic, a Fort to first conquer then defend (including an Online Siege Mecahnic and/or Vendettas?) and all those abilities he has.    Additionally and completely unrelated/independent to the Baranor Missions/DLC, Lithlad will be a new unexplored region for Tallion in the base game to explore, conquer and defend.  Assuming there will be no Torvin the Dwarf guy (as he's just a DLC Mission construct), no Baranor, no for hire Merceneries (will any be seen in the region just walking around minding their own business or scrapped completely), or anything else specific to Baranor's tangent.   But the Worms will exist,  the new Outpost mechanic will be in play (which will apply to main games other 5 regions?), new 'Lithlad' artefacts to find(?), Nemesis missions, Online Sieges and Vendettas, etc etc - all the normal stuff we're used to dealing with in the main game.    That's great with a new new Forted region (+ the 2 BGuards for Overlord) for Tallion to populate and manage.  The more spots to sit/use Followers the better, freeing up more Garrisson spots.

    I hope Talion gets to say hello to old Torvin at least once, considering their are Shadows of the Past missions in there, which means some more voice lines from old elf-lord, so they probably gave a cutscene reason as to why Talion would have interest in Lithlad eventually, I just hope we dont kill mercs or something as him. This is my worry, how he gets there and why.

    Everything you've put there is right apart from the outpost mechanic that we honestly don't know whether that is just for Desolation of Mordor or not yet, I'm thinking maybe not. No mercenaries or dwarf friends for Talion.

     

    Don't know about artifacts but everything that available to every region in Mordor should be there, there are new shadow of the past missions though, they didn't reveal everything in the streams so there is still a little unknown, as it should be.

    Would be cool though if there was some artifacts in lithlad for talion and he and celebrimbor mentioned torvin
